The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization strategies to increase the visibility of the organization’s digital platforms. The role involves on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical audits, and collaboration with content and marketing teams to ensure optimal organic performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.
Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing).
Manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building and digital PR strategies.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
