Job Purpose
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization strategies to increase the visibility of the organization’s digital platforms. The role involves on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical audits, and collaboration with content and marketing teams to ensure optimal organic performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing).
- Manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building and digital PR strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
