UI/UX Designer

Job Purpose
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves understanding user needs, translating them into design solutions, and ensuring a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior.

Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all designs.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Use analytics and user feedback to improve designs iteratively.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
