Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers that hinder team progress.
- Promote Agile practices across the team.
- Support Product Owner in backlog refinement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master
