Job Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
    • Prepare regular project reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 5+ years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT or software projects.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Certifications
    • Project Management Professional (PMP – PMI)
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
    • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
