Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires expertise in online advertising, content marketing, email, SEO/SEM, and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
Create, publish, and optimize digital content in line with brand and business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with audiences.
Execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing) with measurable ROI.
Support SEO/SEM strategies in collaboration with SEO specialists and content teams.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, social media insights) to track KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
