Job Purpose
The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining digital content across the organization’s online platforms. This includes updating website content, archiving digital files, optimizing for search engines, and ensuring all published material aligns with branding and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain website content using Content Management Systems (CMS).

Archive, organize, and manage digital assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.

Collaborate with internal teams to publish timely and accurate content.

Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement.

Monitor digital platforms to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and compliance with policies.

Assist in planning and executing digital content strategies to enhance user experience.

Prepare content performance reports using analytics tools.

Support multimedia content publishing (videos, infographics, images) across digital channels.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, IT, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in digital content management or web publishing.

Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or similar).

Familiarity with SEO, metadata management, and basic HTML/CSS.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager Certification

HubSpot Content Marketing Certification

Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (Google)

Adobe Certified Professional
