Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer success through proactive engagement.
- Understand customer needs and align solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence.
- Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
Preferred Certifications
- Customer Success Manager Certificate
- Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM – SAMA)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
