Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong relationships and ensure customer success through proactive engagement.
Understand customer needs and align solutions to achieve their objectives.
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence.
Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Certifications
Customer Success Manager Certificate
Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM – SAMA)
Salesforce Administrator Certification
